When it comes to moving your household goods, we are committed to keeping you informed about your entitlements. We do this by participating in the Base Indoctrination, Transition Assistance Program and Ombudsmen Training classes. We also provide training classes every Wednesday on reviewing your completed Personally Procured Move (DITY) paperwork. If you are interested in attending this class, please email

The Defense Personal Property System (DP3) program is part of a new DOD personal property program called Families First. The program was developed to improve and streamline the HHG move process for service members and their families as well as DOD civilians.

DP3 is designed to alleviate some of the stresses inherent in Permanent Change of Station (PCS) moves by giving you a voice about how your move is done. It will provide you with 24-hour online access to your personal property shipment throughout the entire moving process.

By using DP3, you will be able to file and settle a claim directly with the Transportation Service Provider (TSP). Claims protection includes full replacement value of items lost or damaged beyond repair. Once you receive your PCS/separation/retirement orders, please email them to Then log on to to process your household goods application.

If you are unable to use the DP3 program or are afloat and unable to make connection, please log on to to process your outgoing move.
