Citizens Against Domestic and Sexual Abuse (CADA) provides assistance to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault in Island County.

Services include crisis intervention and support, emergency shelter, advocacy-based counseling, legal advocacy and prevention programs. Office hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
