Atlantic Marine Corps Communities (AMCC) at Tri-Command manages base housing for Beaufort-area Marines and Sailors. Homes include lawn care and maintenance services. Bachelor Officer Quarters/SNCO
Bachelor Quarters/Transient Quarters
Information on bachelor officer quarters, bachelor staff NCO quarters or transient quarters may be obtained by contacting the Osprey Inn at 843-228-2744. Families are permitted to stay at the transient officer and transient enlisted quarters at reasonable rates on a space-available basis.
Military Housing Referral
The military housing referral department in military housing offices (Building 402 on Parris Island, 843-228-2853, and Building 1140 on MCAS, 843-228-7069), maintains information about on- and off-base housing in varying price ranges available on a nondiscriminatory basis in the nearby civilian community. All personnel are required to check with housing referral prior to making any commitment for off-base housing.

The Inns of the Corps Beaufort
The Inns of the Corps at the Air Station is available to PCS, TAD, active-duty and retired military families and guests.
A total of 66 units, 33 with full kitchens, are available. Reservations are recommended. Call 843-522-1663.
The Air Station has more than 1,000 family housing units that are capable of providing housing for a substantial majority of all eligible personnel.
Military personnel receiving BAH are required to report to the Housing Office upon arrival. All pay grades will receive information regarding availability of housing, assignment to quarters and housing referral, if needed.
The office is in Building 1140 adjacent to the Marine Corps Exchange complex and can be reached by calling 843-228-6000.
Bachelor Officers Quarters (BOQ)
Bachelor officers reside in the BOQ next to the Officers’ Club. Each room is furnished and has an adjoining bath. Reservations can be made by calling 843-228-7676.
Bachelor Enlisted Quarters (BEQ)
Enlisted personnel are housed in a complex containing motel-type barracks, featuring semiprivate rooms with baths, and other barracks with semiprivate rooms and communal bath facilities. E-4 and below are billeted two per room.

The Naval Hospital is home to 53 family housing units managed by AMCC at Tri-Command. All units have three bedrooms and two full baths. Each unit is equipped with a range, dishwasher, refrigerator and central heating and cooling.

Bachelor Enlisted Quarters
The Naval Hospital has one BEQ with private rooms for E-1 through E-6 personnel. The BEQ has laundry facilities, game rooms and TVs (with cable) in all lounges, and each room has telephone jacks.
