Youth Programs

The Whiteman program has received unprecedented high marks on Air Force School-Age Inspections and local and state recognition for school-age care and community service. The youth center is an affiliate of the Boys & Girls Clubs of America and the Missouri State Alliance.

Activities focus on sports and fitness, education and career development, the arts, health, life skills, and character and leadership development. Regular activities include field trips, fun nights, games, specialty camps, preteen activities, clinics, lock-ins and more.

School Age Care Program: 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. Closed weekends, holidays and family days.

Recreation Program: 3:15 to 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday for junior teens (age 9 to 12); 3:15 to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday for teens (age 13 to 18); 2 to 6 p.m. Wednesday for both age groups; 3:15 p.m. until TBD Friday, depending on programming; Saturday hours, depending on programming.
