Child Development Centers
Fort Sill offers three child development centers; full-day care for children 6 weeks to 6 years old is available with trained staff and age-appropriate developmental activities. Patron fees are determined by total family income. 

Tincher Child Development Center

Alice Grierson Child Development Center

Cooper Child Development Center

Monday through Friday, 5:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. 
Before- and after-school is available for pre-K and kindergarteners. 

Family Child Care Program

Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. 
The Family Child Care program provides a flexible, family-based alternative to the Child Development Centers. Installation military family members trained in child development offer daycare in their homes for children 4 weeks to 12 years old. Sign up through an online system at the Parent Central Services Office. 

School Age Center (SAC)

Monday through Friday, 5:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Monday through Thursday, 4 to 5 p.m., homework assistance is available. 
SAC provides a before- and after-school program during the school year and a summer day camp for the 12 weeks of summer. Child care fees, established by the DoD fee policy, are based on total family income. School vacation days are included at no additional cost for those families enrolled in before- and after-school programs. Individual school vacation days will cost $20 per day for those students not participating regularly in the program. School vacation days that are three or more days are offered at a weekly rate of $89. 

Youth Services 
Macomb Road and Fort Sill Boulevard

Monday through Thursday, noon to 7 p.m.; Friday, noon to 10 p.m.; Saturday, 2 to 10 p.m.; closed Sunday. Membership allows youth in grades six through 12 access to activities geared towards skill development such as educational programs, clubs and a game room as well as a safe place to go after school. 

Skies Unlimited Program
This instructional program is strategically designed to support growth in every aspect of the lives of Army youth. It consists of four basic areas: 
Arts, recreation and leisure 
Life skills, citizenship and leadership 
Sports, fitness and health 
Academic skills, mentoring and intervention

Nye Library

Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Friday through Sunday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; closed holidays. The library is a full-service library center that offers a general library collection, video, audio books, electronic references, children’s books and access to the Internet. The library is equipped with study and meeting rooms, and librarians are available to assist you.
