HIT A ROUND AND UNWIND AT THE EAGLEWOOD GOLF COURSE NEAR LANGLEY AFB

The Eaglewood Golf Course is located at Langley Air Force Base and is a great course to play a round of golf on your day off. The course is welcoming and has a very friendly atmosphere, and with its 18 holes and over 6,000 yards of golf, the course does come with its challenges even for the greatest golf players.

About Eaglewood Golf Course

The Eaglewood Golf Course is an 18-hole championship course with a 24-hour driving range. The course also has a pro shop that’s supplied with the latest golfing equipment and clothing apparel. The golf course also includes a putting green, practice green, pitching green, and chipping green. If you wanna bring the fam along with you to the Eaglewood Golf Course, the course offers golf instructions for all ages. It also has club rentals, which from E1 to E4 have no charge for rental clubs. For E5+ club rentals, you can choose from a generic set or a premium brand-name club rental. The generic set costs $15 to rent, and the premium brand-name set costs $25 to rent. You’re able to grab some golf balls at the course through the ball machine located in the range shack on the driving range. The ball machine only takes $1 bills, and it costs $2 to get about 25 to 30 golf balls.

General Working Hours

  • Monday-Sunday:

    7:15 a.m.-5:15 p.m.
Although the course closes at 5:15 p.m. every day, that doesn’t mean you need to be off the course at that time. You’re allowed to stay on the course until you finish your round of golf and keep the cart until dusk. To find your way around the course, make sure you pick up the Eaglewood Golf Course map before you start to play.

Eaglewood Golf Course and Event Center

The Eaglewood Golf Course includes the Club House, which contains a spacious area used as a party room and a patio barbeque area. The Grill is open Wednesday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and Saturday from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. The course offers the opportunity to schedule special events, which include 18 holes of golf with the cart and unlimited driving range balls. The event center also offers food options for your event ranging from buffet and lunch boxes to pre-order lunches and party trays. The Langley event center also has private spaces for your special events. The Fireside Room is a banquet room, the Blue Patio is their outdoor patio, and The Eaglewood Grille Dining Room is the event center’s main dining room. Each private space is able to seat up to 100 people and is perfect for hosting golf tournaments, private parties, and casual gatherings.

More Helpful Information

The Eaglewood Golf Course recommends that you call ahead for a tee time before arriving at the course to play. Although the course allows for walk-ins, if you do so, you may have to wait some time before you get your tee time. Eaglewood Golf Course also offers many different options for lessons and golf programs. There are 30-minute private lessons from the course’s PGA professionals that include golf balls and equipment, if needed. The other programs that are offered at the course are the PGA Sports Academy, the PGA Family Course, and Get Golf Ready. The Eaglewood Golf Course has much to offer to military members and their families who live on JB Langley-Eustis. From private lessons and special events to a casual day for a round of golf, the course is a great place to get away, spend the day outdoors, and play your favorite sport.
