Military family housing at Holloman AFB is privatized. The owner, Lend Lease/Soaring Heights Communities, is responsible for maintaining and managing the community neighborhoods. There, you will receive the latest information about privatized housing and help with the application process from the government housing team. You will also be informed about base-specific policies. Applying here is similar to living in the local community. You will sign a tenant lease agreement, typically for a one-year term. For children in Kindergarten through 6th grade, they will attend Holloman Elementary School on base. For middle school children, they will attend Holloman Middle School, also located on base. High school students will attend Alamogordo High School, located off base. Bus transportation is available.
