Housing Service Center

The Housing Service Center provides housing options for our military families, which include, but are not limited to, the following: management of the application process, waiting list and preferred referral process for PPV; management of the Rental Partnership Program (RPP); landlord-tenant resolution services; and management and maintenance of community rental listings, which can be viewed anytime at www.homes.mil.

The RPP establishes a new relationship between the Navy and local private property owners and is designed to help military families find affordable, quality, off-base rental property at their new duty stations. RPP also provides property owners with prequalified renters. The program has evolved over the past few years and currently serves thousands of Navy and other military families nationwide.

The Housing Service Office is located on Naval Station Everett in Building 2000, Room 140.
Office hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. For additional information regarding housing options, contact the Housing Service Office.

Note that all incoming personnel are directed by CNO to report to the Housing Service Office before making any housing commitments (rentals or sales) in the community.
