The trails lead to the entrance of the Big Dam Bridge. The park also features an RV campground, a dog park, pavilions and a fishing pond.

: 1 (501) 758-1424 A historic recreation of an 1880s water-powered grist mill, the Old Mill is most famous for its part in the opening scenes of “Gone With the Wind.” Built in 1933, the mill is on the National Register of Historic Places. The park itself is decorated with sculptures of toadstools, tree stumps and a tree branch-entwined bridge designed by Dionicio Rodriguez. The greens are fast and fairways are firm, ensuring you have a challenging round of golf, whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned player. And if you need a little help with your game, a PGA pro is on staff to provide private instruction. : 1 (501) 987-6800 The base offers both hunting and fishing opportunities. Little Rock Air Force Base has nearly 3,000 acres of forest and grassland spread over 30 separate deer hunting areas. Hunting opportunities also include rabbit, squirrel, quail, wild turkey and coyotes. Base lakes support a fishery of largemouth bass, channel catfish, black crappie and bluegill sunfish. You’ll find information, maps and policies for both off-post hunting and fishing at the 19th Security Forces Squadron Front Desk in Building 481.

There are four intramural sports and one extramural sport offered throughout the year: softball, basketball, flag football, volleyball and a base softball team.
