U.S. Air Force Academy Housing Options

U.S. Air Force Academy housing is privatized housing owned, operated, and managed by Hunt Military Communities. It offers comparable housing to the local community and provides a wide variety of amenities and support services. The duplex homes have a one-car garage, fenced backyard, living room, dining room, and a family room that provides lots of living space on the main floor. All bedrooms, including the master, are located on the upper level.

3. Pine Valley Market Rent

These newly renovated homes are for enlisted service members to officers with a variety of floorplans to choose from. Homes offer large bedrooms and walk-in closets, hardwood floors, garages, fireplaces, fenced back yards, and an unfinished basement that can be used as a carport.

4. Upper Douglass Valley

• Beds: 3 – 4
• Baths: 2.5 – 3
• Eligibility: O4 – O5; W3 – W5

These single-story homes also come with an unfinished basement for extra space. The kitchen has a cute breakfast bar and a dining space. The living room has a fireplace, and there is another room that can be used as an office or family room. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and there is a bathroom for guests conveniently located near the living room.
