So you've been assigned orders to a new post, and now you're looking for a place to live. House hunting in the military can be challenging, especially if you're doing it from afar and don't know much about the area you're moving to next. Don't worry! Read on and use this guide to learn more about the housing options available to you on post at Fort Bragg.
Fort Bragg BAH
BAH is a tax-free benefit meant to help with off-post housing costs. The Defense Travel Management Office (DTMO) sets rates yearly. Rates depend on rank, dependency status, and duty station zip code.
When living on-post, families typically pay their full BAH to Corvias as rent. Utilities may be bundled or billed separately, depending on the neighborhood and Corvias policy.
Use our BAH calculator below to look up your BAH for your rank and zip code. This will help you create your budget and guide your home search.
