Fort Rucker Barracks

All single Soldiers must first report to the Cribbins Soldier Service Center for inprocessing on Fort Rucker. Soldiers will be assigned temporary barracks for the duration of inprocessing requirements. Barracks are distributed once a soldier is assigned to a unit. Single Soldiers in the rank of private (E-1) to sergeant (E-5) are eligible to stay in the barracks. Some married soldiers may be eligible to stay in barracks under certain circumstances. The Housing Services Office should be your first stop. This office offers relocation services and information on new duty stations (worldwide) for soldiers and their families as they get settled into their new surroundings.

Fort Rucker Family Homes

Fort Rucker Family Homes is a residential community just north of Daleville, on post at Fort Rucker. The community is managed by Corvias Property Management and has single-family homes from two to four bedrooms. On-post housing boasts over 20 pet-friendly neighborhoods with amenities like community centers, playgrounds, swimming pools, 24-hour fitness centers and more. Residents in Fort Rucker Family Homes can enjoy the convenience of on-site management and maintenance, business centers, and a calendar full of resident activities and events. School-age children living in Fort Rucker Family Homes can enroll and attend the on-post Department of Defense elementary school. Note

: Fort Rucker Family Homes is open for active duty military personnel of a certain rank stationed at Fort Rucker. Select neighborhoods are open to other qualified applicants, including military retirees, DOD civilian employees, active duty military personnel assigned elsewhere, foreign nationals and general public applicants in select neighborhoods.

1. Alabaster

: All active duty; DOD employees; and retired military The Alabaster floor plan offers two bedroom, two bathroom single-story homes with roughly 1,200 square feet. There is ample storage throughout the home and a storage shed in the outdoor terrace.

2. Anniston

Ranks

: All DOD employees and retired military Anniston’s three bedroom, two bathroom single-story homes offer ample room for its residents. The approximately 1,200 square-foot open floor plan is great for entertaining guests.

3. Atmore

Ranks

: E1-9; and retired military Atmore’s three bedroom, two bathroom single-story homes are slightly larger, roughly 1,220 square feet. The ensuite master bathroom has a large soaking tub, perfect for after a long day.

4. Auburn

: E1-E9; W1-W5; O1-O10; and retired military The four bedroom, two bathroom single-story homes will comfortably fit your family. The outdoor utility closet has a full size washer and dryer and room to spare.

5. Beaverton

: W1-W5; O1-O3 Beaverton residents can take advantage of the comforts of an attached garage and a fenced-in backyard. Spacious three bedroom floor plans include a large eat-in kitchen, ample cabinetry and counter space, all in addition to your formal dining room, and oversized master bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in closet.

6. Benton

: W1-W5; O1E-O3E Benton offers three bedroom, two bathroom homes that feature attached garage, fenced-in backyard, tons of storage space, and dual vanities and a walk-in closet in the master bedroom.

7. Billingsley

: E7-E9; W1-W5: O1E-O3E A huge kitchen with an island and a walk-in pantry awaits when you live in Billingsley. The three bedrooms are tucked away from the oversized living room and dedicated dining room. The homes also boast an attached garage and covered patio.

8. Birmingham

: W1-W2; O1E-O3E You’ll love the front porch on the Birmingham homes, along with an eat-in kitchen, dedicated dining room, three spacious bedrooms, attached garage, oversized bathrooms and tons of storage space.

9. Brantley

: W1-W2 At nearly 2,000 square feet, the spacious Brantley homes have plenty of space for a family of five or more. The four bedroom, two bathroom single-story homes boasts a huge attached garage, large kitchen that leads to the dedicated dining space, front and back porches, large bathrooms and an oversized utility closet.

10. Brewton

: W5 Like Brantley, the Brewton homes are one of the largest on Fort Rucker. The four bedroom, two bathroom single-story homes boast nearly 2,200 square feet of living space with an attached garage, large kitchen, dining room and a comfortable master suite.

11. Bridgeport

: W1 At nearly 2,000 square feet, the spacious Bridgeport homes are one of the largest on Fort Rucker. The four bedroom, two bathroom single-story homes boast an attached garage, large kitchen, dedicated dining space, front and back porches, and an oversized utility closet.

12. Brookwood

: W1-W5 At nearly 1,800 square feet, the three bedroom, two bathroom homes in Brookwood are lovely and spacious. Take advantage of the extra room.

13. Butler

: DOD employees At nearly 2,200 square feet, the four bedroom, two bathroom homes in Butler offer generous space. There’s a sitting room off the master, along with a dressing area in the ensuite bathroom. The home offers plenty of storage space throughout and has a covered patio in the backyard.

14. Madrid

: W1-W5 Residents enjoy a large living/dining space, three bedrooms and a galley kitchen in the Madrid homes. The carport houses a tool room to keep your equipment safe and secure.

15. Magnolia Springs

Ranks

: W1-W2: O1-O3E Magnolia Springs residents enjoy a large living/dining space, three bedrooms, a den (which can be used as a fourth bedroom) and an enclosed kitchen. The carport houses a tool room.

16. Malvern

Ranks

: E1-E6 Malvern residents can bring their pets to enjoy nearly 1,700 square feet of space. The three bedroom, two bathroom homes are newly updated.

17. McIntosh

: E1-E6; W3-W5 McIntosh homes are nearly 1,900 square feet spread over two stories. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms are upstairs while the downstairs has a breakfast nook off the galley-style kitchen, family room that leads to the covered patio, and dedicated living and dining rooms.

18. Mellow Valley

: E7-E9 Mellow Valley homes boast a foyer for an elevated feel. The four bedrooms and two bathrooms are all tucked on one side of the home, with the large kitchen, living room and dedicated dining room on the other side.

19. Midfield

: E1-E6; W3-W5 One of the only two-story homes on Fort Rucker, Midfield residents have a covered porch, large living and dining rooms, kitchen with breakfast nook, coat closet and family room on the first floor. All four bedrooms and an additional two bathrooms are upstairs.

: E5-E9; The rooms in the Midway homes are connected via hallways, providing a sense of privacy wherever you are, whether it’s in the large ensuite master bath, laundry room, dining room, one of the four bedrooms or the huge garage.

21. Millport

: E5-E9 With nearly 2,000 square feet of living space, Millport residents enjoy spacious homes with an attached garage, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a laundry room, foyer, kitchen with an island and an oversized living room that leads to the covered back porch.

22. Mount Vernon

: E7-E9; W3-W5 Residents in Mount Vernon enjoy an oversized kitchen with an island, huge pantry and laundry room. The living room leads out to the back porch and the garage boasts tons of storage and utility areas.

23. Mountain Brook
