This 64,000 square foot fitness center has everything you need for exercise and fitness. It comes with many amenities, such as a full weights suite, cardio equipment, disc golf course, indoor track, and other functional fitness equipment.

This gym offers a variety of exercise equipment such as weights and treadmills along with basketball courts, and spin bikes. They even have a rock climbing wall with manual and auto belay options!

An indoor pool is a luxury anywhere, but at Fort Rucker’s fitness center you have your own. Be sure to check the website for swim times and take a look at the guidelines for swimming. Take note: they have bathrooms but no locker rooms and pre-swim showers are required!

The Flynn pool is primarily for active duty for training, but it is also open to dependents with proper ID. Swim lessons are also offered here as well if you or your kids need some instruction. Check their site for more details.

This water park is a base favorite and includes a slide, climbing wall, and spray park. Children and adults of all ages can hang out and cool off here during the hot summer months. It is also open to the public!

The Outdoor Recreation Service Center at Fort Ruckers offers boating, skiing and swimming options at the lake. They have four fishing piers, beaches, pavilions, and picnic areas for an all day affair.

Accessible from post, Lake Tholocco is a 640-acre facility that offers a lot of options for outdoor enthusiasts. Go here to swim, boat, camp, or hike. They also have volleyball and basketball courts for the competitive type. They offer events year-round, so you can keep coming back!
