Neighborhoods
Existing homes at Fort Sill are divided into two neighborhoods and construction is under way on a third neighborhood, Buffalo Soldier Acres. The new development will offer homes of various sizes and configurations including modern duplexes and spacious single-family homes. Each neighborhood will contain sub-neighborhoods for each of five different pay-grade groups that include: Junior NCOs (E-1 to E-5), Senior NCOs (E-6 to E-8), Sergeants Major (E-9), Company-Grade (01 to 03) and Field Grade Officers (04 to 05).

Each neighborhood has its own dedicated neighborhood management and maintenance team. The old centralized housing office concept has given way to customer-friendly neighborhood offices serving each individual neighborhood.

Homes located north of Sheridan Road are served by the Old Cavalry Post Neighborhood Office while families living south of Sheridan Road are served by the Southern Plains Neighborhood Office. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Sunday, 1 to 5 p.m.
