Hill AFB Barracks

UH is provided for unaccompanied Airmen in the ranks of E-1 to E-3 and E-4 with less than 3 years of service. Each Airman is provided a private sleeping room, furnishings, bed linens and supplies required for comfortable living. Unaccompanied Airmen in the rank of E-4 with greater than 3 years of service and above will move into housing in the local community. Unaccompanied Housing rooms consist of a Captain’s bed, extra long twin mattress, night stand, table, and a student desk with chair and TV armoire. Room amenities also include a refrigerator, a microwave and dishwasher in common area kitchen area suites, wall-to-wall patterned carpet, wardrobe closets/lockers, a phone/TV cable outlet, individual storage cubicle for each occupant securable by a personal padlock, and a smoke detector. Each dormitory has dayrooms with games tables to include pool, foosball and ping-pong and card tables with chairs. There are also televisions, stereo, sofas, lounge chairs and recliners. Laundry rooms and study rooms are available. Outside pavilion areas are equipped with BBQ grills, patio furniture, lawn swings and bike rack areas. Also available is a motorcycle and seasonal equipment storage. All dormitories are within walking distance to the dining facility, library, commissary, BX, post office and the Family Support. Also close is the MPF, clinic, auto hobby shop, fitness center and financial institutions.

Boyer Hill Military Housing at Hill Air Force Base

On-base housing at Hill Air Force Base is privatized through Boyer Hill Military Housing. Boyer Hill Military Housing (BHMH) owns the family housing and is responsible for maintaining, repairing, constructing and managing the community. Click here to browse their available floor plans. There are more than 20 floor plans available. Homes range from 2-4 bedrooms and between 1.5-2.5 baths and come in a wide variety of styles, with floor plans ranging from around 1200 square feet to 2200 square feet.
