NAS LEMOORE HOUSING: 6 ON-BASE OPTIONS

Welcome to Naval Air Station Lemoore! Located in Kings and Fresno Counties, California, Lemoore is home to five carrier air wings and is the Navy’s newest and largest master jet base. Now that you have your orders and are on your way, you’re probably thinking about finding a place to live. Finding the right home can be hard, especially if you’re moving to a new area. With that in mind, we’ve put together a guide to help you get started and give you an idea of what to expect when it comes to your choices for housing on base at NAS Lemoore.

Unaccompanied housing—barracks—is located on NAS Lemoore, housing approximately 2,400 personnel in 20 buildings. To determine and explain your eligibility and housing options, see the support staff at the Housing Service Center.

Accommodations are one or two persons to a room based on pay grade and square footage entitlement. Building 800 serves as the check-in point. Linen is provided at check-in. Most personnel, E1-E3 and E4 with fewer than 3 years of service, are required to live in UH. E4s may live on base, space permitting. More senior personnel may under certain circumstances be eligible to live in UH.

There are lounges equipped with televisions, washers and dryers, and vending machines in all buildings. There are also recreational, fitness, dining, religious, educational and other amenities – most located within walking distance of UH.

The Housing Services Center should be your first point of contact when you get to NAS Lemoore, whether you’re going to live on or off the installation. The HSC provides lease review and counseling, temporary housing information, rental listings, personalized home finding assistance, maps of the local area, and more. They also provide departure services when you move out.

Carl Vinson Park offers two-, three-, and four-bedroom homes that are conveniently located in central NAS Lemoore. Each one of these homes features a modern kitchen, a large garage, and 24-hour maintenance service. Other impressive features include patios, backyards, and outdoor storage closets. Amenities include picnic areas, sport courts, swimming pools, and playgrounds. The base also provides shops, an RV park, and several MWR programs.

The homes of Constellation Park are located in central NAS Lemoore and offer unrivaled access to the base’s amenities. These two- to four-bedroom homes feature updated kitchens, plush carpeting, window coverings, a large garage, and 24-hour maintenance service, as well as private backyards and patios. Community amenities include outdoor picnic areas, shaded playgrounds, basketball courts, volleyball courts, shops, a bowling alley, an RV park, and the MWR office.

Coral Park’s two- to four-bedroom homes feature updated kitchens, plush carpeting, window coverings, a large garage, and 24-hour maintenance service, as well as private backyards and patios. Community amenities include outdoor picnic areas, shaded playgrounds, basketball courts, volleyball courts, shops, but a bowling alley, an RV park, and the MWR office are only minutes away.=

Reagan Park’s two- to four-bedroom homes include modern kitchen amenities, wall-to-wall carpeting, window coverings, large garages, and 24-hour maintenance service. Members of this community can also save on utilities with a utility credit. Reagan Park offers easy access to several amenities, including outdoor picnic areas, playgrounds, and sports courts. Numerous shops, a bowling alley, the MWR office, and more are just minutes away.

Stone Park’s homes are spacious and recently built. They include the latest kitchen amenities, wall-to-wall carpeting, window coverings, large garages, and 24-hour maintenance service. Like the other communities, Stone Park is close to several amenities, including outdoor picnic areas, playgrounds, and sports courts. Numerous shops, a bowling alley, the MWR office, and more are just minutes away.
