: E1-E6 Nellis Terrace is a JNCO community made up of ranch homes that offer 2, 3, and 4 bedrooms. Each have 1 or 2 bathrooms and range from 950 square feet to over 1,400. This is a great location for those with convenience in mind because it’s close to all base amenities. Everything you’d want to get to is within walking distance. The homes themselves have vinyl flooring, ceiling fans, a private patio, energy star appliances, and much more. Nellis Terrace has a maximum allotment of 2 pets per household.2. Landings JNCO

E1-E6 Landings is another JNCO neighborhood with 3 and 4-bedroom duplex homes. These are 2-story domiciles with attached garages and plenty of great features. The landscaping is desert-inspired and the backyard is surrounded by privacy fencing. Each floor plan is around 1,500 square feet. O4-O5 Landings FGO is a luxurious community with 3 and 4-bedroom ranch homes. These single-family dwellings come with 2.5 bathrooms and wall-to-wall carpeting. They have large backyards, fencing, garages, and so much more. For military families living on base who meet the eligibility requirements, there’s simply nothing better.
