Offutt AFB Barracks

There is unaccompanied housing available to Airmen from the ranks of E1 to E3 or E4 with fewer than three years of service. Airmen with more than three years of service will need to move out in town. All Airmen are provided with a private sleeping room, linens, and supplies. There are four dormitories on one campus located on the northern portion of the base. Common area amenities include free Wi-Fi, flat screen TVs, recreation equipment, and fully equipped kitchen. Airmen coming unaccompanied should contact their gaining unit or sponsor to get their room assignment.

The neighborhoods on Offutt AFB offer free utilities for active duty residents, free garage or carports, and free event center rentals! There is no security deposit and all homes are pet friendly.
