The Civilian Welfare Fund (CWF) operates one restaurant, two canteens, two coffee shops and three concessionaires. The restaurant, Java Street Cafe, Mandarin Chef Oriental restaurant and Papa Yoon Laundry & Dry Cleaners are located in AFMC Headquarters, Building 262 (Area A). The Sphinx and Java Street Cafes (NASIC) are located in buildings 828/822 (Area A), Young’s Cafe is located in Building 22 (Area A) and Canteen 10 is located in Building 16 (Area B). Restaurants and canteens are open 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Coffee shops remain open till 3 p.m. Monday through Friday.
