At Hurlburt Field, unaccompanied housing is available to enlisted ranks E-1 to E-3 and E-4 with less than 3 years of service. Each Airman will be provided with a private room for sleeping, as well as all furnishings, bed linens, and supplies necessary to create a comfortable living situation. Unaccompanied Airmen of rank E-4 with greater than 3 years of service must report to the housing office upon arrival and may find housing off-base in the local community. All single service members must report to their unit to be assigned barracks space. Any personnel arriving on base after service hours will be assigned temporary living quarters until the next duty day. All unaccompanied living quarters on base will provide residents with a modern, functional, well-maintained and comfortable place to call home while stationed at Hurlburt Field.Unaccompanied Housing

The first thing you should do once you relocate is to find the Military Housing Office (MHO) at Hurlburt Field. This friendly team of professionals is ready to greet you with a warm welcome and will be happy to assist you in making your home decisions so that the experience is as smooth, simple, and headache-free as possible. Please make sure to take advantage of the Military Housing Office’s services and resources as you explore the on-base housing options and support services available to you. In addition to answering all of your on-base housing questions, the Military Housing Office also provides additional services. Military family housing at Hurlburt Field is privatized. The owner, Corvias Property Management, is responsible for maintaining and managing the community neighborhoods. We advise you to contact the Housing Management Office as soon as you know that you are moving to Hurlburt Field. This will ensure you receive all the necessary information about privatized housing, and the folks at the office will help you with the application process from the government housing team. You will also be informed about base-specific policies. Corvias Property Management offers homes with floor plans ranging from two bedrooms to four bedrooms. Each neighborhood and home-type comes with its own set of perks and amenities that will help ensure that residents feel right at home. Each home-type is also pet friendly with a two pet limit and refundable $200 deposit per pet. However, exotic pets and aggressive dog breeds are not permitted.Corvias Property Management

Amenities vary depending on the neighborhood you choose at Hurlburt Field, but each neighborhood will include at least some of the following: washer/dryer hookups, garages, fenced-in backyards, refrigerator, and carports. Additionally, homes will include a dishwasher, oven/stove range, and all major kitchen appliances. Included in your rental are lawn services, trash and recycling pick-up, and water and sewage utilities. The community offers residents and their families with plenty of outdoor options so that you can take advantage of the beautiful weather year-round. The neighborhoods include parks and playgrounds, so you can enjoy family outings without having to leave the base and hopefully you will meet some of your new neighbors in the process. Applying here is similar to living in the local community. You will sign a tenant lease agreement, typically for a one-year term. Your lease will include a military clause and a lease termination clause. Rent is paid by authorizing an allotment of your BAH that is paid directly to the property manager.Conclusion
