The pristine golf course at Gator Lakes Golf Course measures over 6,894 yards. This course, first opened in 2006, offers a great day of golfing for those of all experience levels. Gator Lakes Golf Course is an 18-hole golf course on beautiful Bermuda grass and also offers a 25 tee driving range.

Fort Walton Beach Golf Club offers 36 holes of world-class golfing. The club offers two courses, The Oaks Course and The Pines course. Between the two courses, golfers can expect to enjoy a total of 13,100 yards for players of all ages and levels. Additionally, the Fort Walton Beach Golf Club offers excellent food and beverages at Two Trees Restaurant.

Shalimar Pointe Golf Club is an 18-hole golf course located on the shores of the Choctawhatchee Bay in Shalimar. Shalimar Pointe Golf Club offers a practice facility with a driving range, a putting green, and a chipping green. Additionally, there is a bar and grill for those looking for food or drink, as well as a pro shop for those looking for golf apparel or equipment.

5. Aderholt Gym and Fitness Center

Aderholt Fitness Center boasts a basketball court, two racquetball courts, a volleyball area, free weights, 18 fitness machines, 59 cardio machines, 13 kinesis technogym machines, and men’s and women’s locker rooms with digital lockers. Personal trainers are available upon request. Also, the fitness center offers a “Parent-Tot” room with six cardio machines, as well as a spin room with over 30 bikes.

Aderholt Fitness Center also has outdoor facilities complete with two softball fields, a football/soccer field, 1/4 mile running track, and more.

Riptide Gym’s outdoor facilities include six tennis courts, an in-line skating court, and more.
