Peterson AFB Military Housing (Now Peterson Space Force Base)

At Peterson SFB, military family housing is privatized. In addition to your option to purchase and rent housing in the local community, you may choose to live in privatized housing by signing a tenant lease agreement with Tierra Vista Communities, which owns the family housing and is responsible for constructing, maintaining, repairing, and managing the community. Peterson SFB's military family housing offers two-, three-, and four-bedroom single-family homes, duplexes, and townhomes. The community's 669 homes offer access to the neighborhood's community fitness center, a splash park, playgrounds, a dog park, and more. Monthly resident events give you a chance to learn more about the neighborhood and your new home. School-age children living in Peterson SFB military housing attend schools in Colorado Springs School District 11.
