Military family housing at Little Rock AFB is provided by Hunt Military Communities. There are 4 neighborhoods on the base with single-family houses, apartments, and duplex-style homes. The 4 different communities offer a variety of features that will help you feel right at home, including the commissary, gas station, swimming pool, arts and crafts center, bowling alley, library, non-denominational chapel, tennis courts, volleyball courts, veterinary clinic, 18-hole golf course, hobby shops, post office, walking and jogging trails, stables, bank and credit union, dry cleaners, dog park, camping facility, picnic areas, computer and business center, and more.

All of the homes in these 4 neighborhoods also include at least some of the following perks: sewer, water, and pest control included in rent; landscaping services; curbside trash and recycling pickup; fitness center; basketball court; conference room; media center; playgrounds; tot lots; bark park; community garden; washer and dryer hookup; garage; high speed internet and cable ready; Energy Star appliances; refrigerator, dishwasher, and garbage disposal; central AC; 24-hour emergency maintenance; onsite management; and more.

Little Rock AFB does allow certain pets, even some larger dogs, but there is a limit of two pets per home and certain breeds are restricted.

The Lakeview Estates neighborhood offers 3 and 4 bedroom single family homes with 1.5-2 baths. These homes are between 1,201 and 2,292 square feet and feature brick and vinyl siding exteriors, recessed lighting, stainless steal sinks, blinds, wall-to-wall carpeting, laminate countertops, plenty of closet space, private patio, and more.

2. Lower Meadow Woods

Eligible ranks: E01, E02, E03, E04, E05, E06, E07, E08, E09, O01, O02, O03, O04, O05, O06

The Lower Meadow Woods neighborhood offers 2, 3, and 4 bedroom single family homes with 1-2 baths. These homes are between 910 and 1,517 square feet and feature brick and vinyl siding exteriors, front and side yard mowing services, single carport, exterior storage space, recessed lighting, stainless steal sinks, blinds, wall-to-wall carpeting, laminate countertops, plenty of closet space, private patio, pantry, walk-in closets, open concept living and dining area, and more.

3. Ridgecrest Estates

Eligible ranks: E01, E02, E03, E04, E05, E06, E07, E08, E09, O01, O02, O03, O04, O05, O06

The Ridgecrest Estates neighborhood offers 2, 3, and 4 bedroom single family homes with 1-2 baths. These homes are between 946 and 1,600 square feet and feature brick and vinyl siding exteriors, two closets in each bedroom, a large great room, a carport, recessed lighting, outdoor storage area, master suite with walk-in closet, stainless steal sinks, kitchen with breakfast bar seating area, blinds, wall-to-wall carpeting, laminate countertops, open concept in the living and dining rooms, plenty of closet space, private patio, and more.

4. Upper Meadow Woods

Eligible ranks: E07, E08, E09, O01, O02, O03

The Upper Meadow Woods neighborhood offers 3 and 4 bedroom single family homes with 2-2.5 baths. These homes are between 1,679 and 2,552 square feet and feature brick and vinyl siding exteriors, open concept living room, open concept dining room, open concept family area, recessed lighting, stainless steal sinks, blinds, wall-to-wall carpeting, laminate countertops, plenty of closet space, private patio, covered patio, ceiling fans, attached or detached two car garage, and more.
