Beale Air Force Base Housing Barracks

Unaccompanied Housing is provided for Airmen in the ranks of E1 to E3 and E4 with less than three years of service. Each Airman is provided with a private sleeping room, furnishings, linens and supplies required for comfortable living. Unaccompanied Airmen with a rank of E4 and above with more than three years of service will live in housing in the local community.

The Military Housing Office provides all DOD personnel with personalized services to assist in locating suitable housing in the local community. 1. Beale East


: E1-E9 The Beale East neighborhood’s homes are available in three- and four-bedroom styles that feature open floor plans, a master suite and fully equipped kitchens. In this area, you’ll have easy access to walking trails and Candy Cane Park, allowing ample opportunity for recreation with family and friends.

2. Beale West
