FAMILY CONCERNS HOUSING

The Residential Communities Office (RCO) is the government office representing the Army in the Family housing privatization partnership. All military personnel reporting for duty at Carlisle Barracks are required to report to this office according to your military orders. Services include housing referrals for rent and/or purchase, as well as unaccompanied personnel housing (UPH), including unaccompanied enlisted personnel housing (UEPH) for permanent party soldiers (E1 through E5) assigned to the installation.
