More than likely, you will be flying through Fresno Yosemite International Airport, since it is the closest major airport to NAS Lemoore. Entering NAS Lemoore and Base Amenities

The requirement for base access for all non-affiliated, unescorted workers and guests is to complete and submit SECNAV Form 5512/1 via their sponsor. Only active duty, reserve, retired, dependents (must be 16 years old or older), and DoD government employees may escort visitors onboard the installation. Sponsors must meet their escorted guest(s) at the entry control point and remain with them for the entire duration of the visit.

Check-in Procedures for Incoming Personnel

Your check-in location will vary depending on what command you’re assigned to. Make sure to check with your sponsor before arrival, read your orders carefully, and/or call the quarterdeck for specific check-in location information. If your command is currently deployed, you will need to check in with the Transient Personnel Detachment (TPD), which is located in Building 880 on the corner of Enterprise Ave and Franklin Ave. The normal working hours of the TPD is Monday-Friday from 0800 - 1600. If you arrive after their normal working hours, call the Naval Air Station Lemoore command duty officer (CDO) at 1 (559) 707-0001 and report to the Hornet Desk at the Navy Gateway Inn & Suites, Building 800 Bon Homme Richard. The phone number is 1 (559) 998-4609. Both the CDO and the Navy Gateway Inn & Suites will need to stamp your orders.
