MCCHORD FIELD HOUSING

Broadmoor
is located on Lewis Main in the historic district. This beautiful historical community is designated for general, senior and field grade officers. Broadmoor comprises 169 single-family, duplex and multiplex style homes. They feature three to five bedrooms, two to three baths and have 1,471 to 3,600 square feet of living space. There are 10 floor plans and most homes come with garage or carport, fireplace and hardwood floors. The homes are on the Washington State Historic Register and are currently under renovation.

Broadmoor Duplex
is located on Lewis Main in the historic district and is designated for field grade officers. There are 14 two-story duplex style homes; each has four bedrooms and 1,471 square feet of living space. They have attached carports and storage sheds. The homes are on the Washington State Historic Register and have recently been renovated.

Eagle View
is located on Lewis North. This community offers 132 single-family and duplex style homes for enlisted service members. All feature three bedrooms, two baths, a family room, fully fenced backyards and attached single-car garages. There are seven different floor plans that offer 1,236 to 1,700 square feet of living space.

Greenwood
is located on Lewis Main in the historic district. This community offers 257 single-family, duplex and multiplex homes for enlisted service members. There are 11 floor plans that feature two, three and four bedrooms and one to two baths, and have 874 to 1,600 square feet of living space. Select floor plans have fireplaces, detached single-car garages and carports. Greenwood is within walking distance of Greenwood Elementary School, the commissary and Exchange.

Parkway
is located on Lewis Main. This community offers 206 newly renovated homes for enlisted service members. There are two different floor plans that feature three bedrooms and 1.5 baths with 1,118 to 1,575 square feet of living space. Select floor plans have basements; all have open floor plans and large yards. Parkway is conveniently located by Liberty (main) Gate, the commissary and Exchange.

Davis Hill
is located on Lewis Main. This community offers 433 newly renovated ranch-style homes for enlisted service members. Davis Hill homes feature three and four bedrooms and 1.5 baths. There are six floor plans that have 1,154 to 1,262 square feet of living space. Each home has a large yard and attached carport and is close to Liberty (main) Gate.

New Hillside
is located on Lewis Main. This community offers 523 renovated ranch-style homes for enlisted service members. There are five floor plans that feature three and four bedrooms and two baths and have 1,156 to 1,262 square feet of living space. Each home has a large yard and attached single garage, and is close to Hillside and Evergreen Elementary schools. New Hillside is conveniently located close to the Madigan and Liberty (main) gates.

Clarkdale
is located on Lewis Main. This community has 518 renovated duplex and multiplex homes for enlisted service members. There are six floor plans that feature two and three bedrooms and two baths, and have 1,100 to 1,276 square feet of living space. Select floor plans have fireplaces, 6-foot privacy fenced-in backyards, and all kitchens come equipped with a range, dishwasher and full-size refrigerator.

Evergreen
is located on Lewis Main. This quiet community is made up of 147 single-family homes for enlisted service members. Evergreen has two-, four- and five-bedroom homes that offer fully fenced backyards and attached single garages and are close to Madigan Army Medical Center and Evergreen Elementary School. There are nine floor plans with an average of 1,400 square feet of living space.

Madigan
is located on Lewis Main close to Madigan Army Medical Center. This quiet, secluded community is made up of 99 renovated singlefamily and duplex ranch-style homes for officers and enlisted service members. These homes feature three bedrooms, 1.75 baths and a carport. There are seven floor plans ranging from 1,100 to 1,500 square feet of living space.

Beachwood II
is located on Lewis North. This community was constructed in 2003. There are 108 two-story, three-bedroom, 2.5 bath, duplex and triplex style homes. All homes have covered patios and one-car detached garages and are within walking distance of Beachwood Elementary School. There are three different floor plans ranging from 1,400 to 1,600 square feet of living space.

HOUSING Beachwood
is located on Lewis North. This community is made up of 512 renovated and newly constructed homes for officers and enlisted service members. The single-story duplex and twostory duplex style homes feature three and four bedrooms and two baths. Beachwood has 11 floor plans and averages from 1,160 to 1,700 square feet of living space.

Meriwether Landing
is located on Lewis North. This community is currently under construction and has four subdivisions. Ordway Heights consists of 38 single-family four-bedroom homes for command sergeant majors and opened in May 2012. Pryor Crossing consists of 138 duplex three- and fourbedroom homes for company grade officers and opened in August 2012. Clarks Point consists of 25 singlefamily four-bedroom homes for field grade officers and will open in March 2013. Shannon Woods consists of 58 duplex four-bedroom homes for junior enlisted and will open in July 2013. These homes offer open floor plans, large kitchens, master bedroom suites, air conditioning, ceiling fans and fenced backyards. There are 11 floor plans ranging from 1,900 to 2,600 square feet of living space.

Van Autreve, formerly Sergeant Major Row,
is located on Lewis North. Van Autreve was constructed in 2004 and consists of 87 homes, all in duplex and triplex styles. These homes feature three or four bedrooms, two full baths and one powder room, and select floor plans have a family room. All have one-car detached garages. The kitchens have dishwashers, garbage disposals, cooking ranges and refrigerators. There are six floor plans ranging from 1,400 to 2,291 square feet of living space.

Westcott Hills
is located on McChord Field. There are 32 single-family homes for senior and field grade officers. They feature three and four bedrooms and 2.5 baths and range between 2,189 to 2,389 square feet. These new homes offer open floor plans, twocar garages, master suites and architectural details found in the Pacific Northwest.

Cascade Village
is located on McChord Field. This brand-new housing development is designated for our senior enlisted, company grade and field grade Families. They feature three and four bedrooms and 2.5 to 3 baths and have between 1,884 to 2,389 square feet. All homes come with an attached garage with opener.

Carter Lake
is located on McChord Field. This neighborhood consists of 268 units that are undergoing renovations. Some of the newer features include new flooring, air conditioners, energy-efficient windows and doors and new paint, fixtures and appliances throughout the home. These duplex style homes are for our enlisted families E1 – E9. They feature two, three and four bedrooms and one to two baths, and range in size between 952 and 2,102 square feet. Most have carports and fully fenced backyards.

Heartwood
is located on McChord Field. This neighborhood is designated for our E1- E6 families. These duplex style homes have been recently renovated and feature two, three and four bedrooms and one to two baths and range in size between 956 and 1,382 square feet. Most have carports and fully fenced backyards.

Olympic Grove
is located on McChord Field. This neighborhood is designated for our E5-E6 families. These duplex style homes feature three and four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, attached garages and fenced-in backyards and range in size from 1,185 to 1,445 square feet.

is located on McChord Field and consists of 828 single and duplex style homes. McChord Field Housing is designated for all Air Force ranks. McChord Field Communities offers a wide variety of homes from single to double story with two-, three- or four-bedrooms and one to 2.5 baths. Discovery Village
is located on Lewis Main. This community was constructed in 2007 and consists of 492 duplex and triplex style homes. These homes offer open floor plans, large kitchens, master bedroom suites and covered front porches. They feature three and four bedrooms, two baths and a single-car detached garage. There are three floor plans ranging from 1,632 to 2,054 square feet of living space.
