The housing referral office provides counseling to all incoming/outgoing customers in securing adequate and affordable housing in the Colorado Springs area and follow-on duty locations. It is a source of an abundance of community information and will provide you a newcomer package upon request.
All listings are maintained through the Department of Defense-sponsored program called HOMES.mil. HOMES.mil is designed to improve the process of securing available housing for relocating military members and their families. Access the website at any time.
Military members are required to report to the housing referral office upon arrival to their new duty station. Additionally, all members are encouraged to call or visit the housing referral office before signing a rental or purchase agreement. The office is at 6556 Columbine Drive.
