The 4th of July not only marks our country's declaration of independence, but also a time to celebrate the servicemen and women who have tirelessly defended it. To celebrate this year, we asked some of our team to taste and rate the most patriotic beers brewed and designed for 2021's 4th of July celebrations. Yingling, it's an American tradition, so it doesn't get much more American than Yingling. I kind of like the camo on the background. That's a nice touch to their traditional can. I'm from Kentucky. You cannot go wrong with camo. Definitely a nod to the real reason we celebrate these holidays. Ooh, nice head. Good bubbles. Always one of my go-tos. I have to give it five fireworks for the can design. Red, white, and blue, so that's very patriotic. Gotta be thankful and appreciate, again, the men and women that serves and why we turn out and celebrate with our friends and families on the 4th. My father is a big fan. This is what he keeps in the refrigerator down on the boat. It's a good ale. Not too hoppy. It's smoother, right, than a traditional, like an IPA. I'll give this one four and a half. You can never go wrong with dales. I like that can. A little devilish. People get into some stuff on the 4th of July, but like I said, it's got the flag on it. Not an IPA guy. That is probably one of the better ones I've had. Oh yeah, very American. Even has July 4th. You have to enjoy it by July 4th. Not too hoppy. You can taste the fruit. Sometimes IPAs can be, you know, kind of bitter, but the fruit with that makes it really, really nice. That's a good hoppy IPA. I'm gonna go with a five on that one. First glance, very patriotic. Love having the city I live in in the name of my beer. Super Tennessee with that Tennessee three stars in the middle. What I would consider kind of a lighter beer. It's almost like a little bit sweet, which I kind of like, and like rich and buttery or something like that. I'm gonna go four on this one for sure. Absolutely. That's a solid beer. This is definitely great to have several sips of, drink with friends, especially on 4th of July. This red, white and berry, great play on words. I love the ombre to the top. The screams patriotism for sure. I mean, they're really going for it. A lot of things went into that flag. I don't know if putting a little cute spin on it and your little skinny can is going to be the way to go. Oh yeah. Tastes like a delightful, bubbly, melted popsicle. It's kind of like sweet tarts, you know, like it's tart, but it's really sweet. Very sweet. Five for patriotism for sure. This is the can I want to show up to the party with. So there you have it. There are plenty of beverage choices when it comes to celebrating the 4th of July, but which will you choose? Whether it's a good old American lager or a gluten-free seltzer, enjoy yourself and stay safe celebrating our country's birthday.
