Housing is available both on and off base. Nearly 6,900 on-base units are ready for families. While nearby towns like Oceanside, Vista, and Fallbrook offer off-base options with military-friendly pricing. Families have access to a variety of on-base elementary schools, plus middle and high schools in nearby districts.
