The Military Housing Office (MHO) provides all DoD personnel with personalized services to assist in locating suitable housing in the local community. The housing market for Arnold AFB is characterized by two distinctly different sub-markets. The first is the rural area encompassing a large portion of the area, characterized by a relatively stable rental market with few multi-family units and relatively little growth in supply and prices. The second is the city of Murfreesboro in the northwest, which is affected by trends in the Nashville metropolitan area. Murfreesboro has seen relatively strong growth in recent years in both multi-family and single-family units. Contact the Military Housing Office as soon as you know you are moving.
