The Military Housing Office (MHO) provides all DoD personnel with personalized services to assist in locating suitable housing in the local community. The housing market for Arnold AFB is characterized by two distinctly different sub-markets. The first is the rural area encompassing a large portion of the area, characterized by a relatively stable rental market with few multi-family units and relatively little growth in supply and prices.
