Military family housing at Dover AFB is provided by Hunt Military Communities. There are three neighborhoods on the base with single-family homes, as well as duplex, triplex, and fourplex homes. The three different communities offer a variety of features that will help you feel right at home, including easy access to top-rated schools in the area; a 8,683 square foot Community Center with housing office and community pool; other neighborhood centers that boast recreation/meeting areas and full sized kitchens; walkable neighborhoods with easy access to parks, basketball courts, tot lots, swimming pools, and recreational fields; picnic areas that each include sheltered picnic tables and large grills; monthly family-friendly community events; three-foot wading pool with beach entry; two full-sized tennis courts; fitness center with 24 hour access; 19,500 feet of greenbelt walking, biking, and jogging paths; a regulation size soccer field; and more!
