The Military Housing Office will be happy to assist you prepare for your new adventure in the community of Dover AFB. The team is ready to help you familiarize yourself with the housing options and services available to you. Dover AFB Housing Options

Military family housing at Dover AFB is provided by Hunt Military Communities. There are three neighborhoods on the base with single-family homes, as well as duplex, triplex, and fourplex homes. The three different communities offer a variety of features that will help you feel right at home, including easy access to top-rated schools in the area; a 8,683 square foot Community Center with housing office and community pool; other neighborhood centers that boast recreation/meeting areas and full sized kitchens; walkable neighborhoods with easy access to parks, basketball courts, tot lots, swimming pools, and recreational fields; picnic areas that each include sheltered picnic tables and large grills; monthly family-friendly community events; three-foot wading pool with beach entry; two full-sized tennis courts; fitness center with 24 hour access; 19,500 feet of greenbelt walking, biking, and jogging paths; a regulation size soccer field; and more! The homes in these neighborhoods will include some of the following amenities, which are sure to help you feel right at home: 24-hour emergency maintenance services; landscaping services for non-fenced yard areas; washer/dryer hookups; attached garages with a lot of storage; Energy Star appliances; high speed internet/cable ready outlets; refrigerator, dishwasher, and garbage disposal; central AC; hardwood flooring; private patio; covered patio, covered porch; stainless steel sinks; blinds; and more! Dover AFB does allow certain pets with no pet deposit. However, certain dog breeds and exotic animals are not permitted. You will be allowed up to two pets per household. E01, E02, E03, E04, E05, E06, E07, E08, E09 Blue Heron Breeze boasts three, four, and five-bedroom duplex, triplex, fourplex, and single-family junior to prestige enlisted homes.This neighborhood offers plenty of beautiful green spaces and parks, a pet park, tot lots, two playgrounds, two lighted half basketball courts, picnic areas, along with lots of trails and bike paths. Additionally, the homes in this neighborhood include partial brick exterior, carpeting, backyard privacy screening, fully fenced private backyard in select homes, attached single-car or two-car garage, vaulted ceilings, Energy Star appliances, and a lot more.

2. Falcon View

Eligible ranks:

E01, E02, E03, E04, E05, E06, O01, O02, O03, O01E, O02E, O03E, O04, O05 Falcon View boasts three, four, and five-bedroom duplex, triplex, fourplex, and single-family homes. This neighborhood has plenty of guest parking and recreational space, including a soccer field, basketball courts, tot lots, a playground, picnic areas, and over 4,500 feet of greenbelt trails. Additionally, the homes at Falcon View include partial brick exterior, carpeting upstairs, ceiling fans, fully fenced private backyard in select homes, attached single-car or two-car garage, backyard gas grills in select homes, golf course views in select homes, utility room, and much more.

3. Orioles Cove

Eligible ranks:

E01, E02, E03, E04, E05, E06, E07, E08, E09 Orioles Cove boasts three and four-bedroom duplex, triplex, and fourplex homes.This neighborhood is located close to the community center and offers plenty of guest parking, playgrounds, basketball courts, picnic areas, and greenbelt trails. Additionally, the homes at Orioles Cove include partial brick exterior, vinyl siding, wood following downstairs, carpeting upstairs, one-car attached garage, private entry, backyard privacy screening, and more.
