For families and those of higher rank, you can contact The Villages at Belvoir at 1 (703) 619-3877 to check the availability of housing for your rank and family size.

The Villages at Belvoir

The Villages offer family homes in varying floor plans across 15 unique villages. Check here to input your rank and family size to see which types of floor plans you qualify for. Most homes are between 3-5 bedrooms and 2-3 bathrooms. Single and two-story homes are available which feature single and two-car garages. Town-home style units are also available which features small balconies and parking in a communal lot. The communities feature lots of amenities such as fitness centers, community gardens, volleyball, tennis, and basketball courts, dog park, swimming pool, event spaces, business center, walking, jogging, and bicycle trails, and access to 24-hour emergency maintenance. If you have children the primary and upper schools and Child Development Center (CDC) are conveniently located adjacent to The Villages.

1. Belvoir Village

Ranks

: O6, O7-O10, W5 This village is for senior officers and features 61 historic and five new colonial-style, multi-story houses.

2. Cedar Grove Village

Ranks

: 04-05, W3-W4, ADA Featuring 82 colonial-style four and five-bedroom homes with fenced-in backyards, this village is located near the Fort Belvoir Community Hospital and within walking distance of the Town Centre and playground.

3. Colyer Village

Ranks

: E6, E7-E8, O1-O3, O4-O5, W1-W2, W-3-W4, ADA This village is made up of 72 larger colonial-style four and five-bedroom homes with fenced-in backyards, patios, and two-car garages.

4. Dogue Creek Village

Ranks

: E1-E5, E6, E7-E8, E9, O1-O3, O4-O5, O6, O7-O10, W1-W2, W3-W4, W5, ADA The traditional-style military housing neighborhood features three, four, and five-bedroom brick homes with assigned parking. The area has lovely Potomac River news and lots of mature trees and rich greenery. It is within walking distance of playgrounds, picnic areas, and adjacent to the CYSS Markhams School Age Center.

5. Fairfax Village

Ranks

: E9, O4-O5, W3-W4, ADA 101 Colonial-style houses with four and five bedrooms make up this village, six of which are available to E9 families. Homes include a fenced-in backyard, outdoor patio, two-car garages, and has walking trails, a basketball court, and grill stations.

6. Gerber Village

Ranks

: E7-E8, E9, O1-O3, O4-O5, O6, W1-W2, W3-W4 Features 75 historic homes in three and four-bedroom duplexes and single-family home configurations. Within walking distance to the Library, Post Office, an indoor pool, walking trails, picnic area, and basketball court.

7. George Washington Village

Ranks

: E1-E5, E6, E7-E8, O1-O3, O4-O5, W1-W2, W-3-W4, ADA 196 Colonial-style three, four, and five-bedroom homes with fenced-in backyards, outdoor patios, and two-car garages make up this village. There is a large neighborhood center with event and meeting rooms, playgrounds, picnic areas, and volleyball and basketball courts.

8. Herryford Village

: E1-E5, E6, E7-E8, E9, O1-O3, O4-O5, O6, O7-O10, W1-W2, W3-W4, W5, ADA This village has 171 three, four, and five-bedroom homes in vibrant Colonial-style and features the first Town Center on post which has a Starbucks and Subway as well as shopping. Homes have fenced-in backyards, outdoor patios, and two-car garages. The majority of floor plans in this neighborhood are only available to E1-E5 with a select floor plan open to all other ranks.

9. Jadwin Loop Village

Ranks

: O1-O3, O4-O5, W1-W2, W3-W4 This neighborhood has historic, colonial-revival three and four-bedroom homes with spacious porches, two-car garages, and landscaped yards. There are multiple playgrounds, a basketball court, and access to the Fairfax Village Neighborhood Center nearby.

10. Lewis Village

: E1-E5, E6, E7-E8, E9, O1-O3, O4-O5, W1-W2, W3-W4, ADA Located next to the Fort Belvoir Primary and Upper Schools, this neighborhood has 274 colonial-style three, four, and five-bedroom homes with fenced-in backyards, outdoor patios, and two-car garages. The Neighborhood Center has a large outdoor pavilion and several playgrounds.

11. Parker Village

Ranks

: E9 Featuring 22 craftsman-style homes and two fully restored historic homes, each house has two-car garages, wood-flooring, and a fireplace.

12. River Village

Ranks

: E1-E5, E6, E7-E8 186 three-bedroom duplexes with private, fenced-in backyards and front porch swings make up this neighborhood. Enjoy waterfront views, a playground, basketball court, and a nature garden.

13. Rossell Village

Ranks

: O1-O3, O4-O5, W1-W2, W3-W4, ADA A charming neighborhood with 70 colonial-style four and five-bedroom homes with fenced-in backyards, outdoor patios, and two-car garages. The neighborhood features basketball and volleyball courts, playgrounds, and a picnic area.

14. Vernondale Village

Ranks

: E6, E7-E8, O1-O3, W1-W2, ADA This centrally located neighborhood is made up of 162 colonial-style three, four, and five-bedroom homes with two-car garages, fenced-in backyards, and outdoor patios. The neighborhood amenities include playgrounds, picnic areas, and easy access to shopping and dining at the Town Center.

15. Woodlawn Village

Ranks

: E1-E5, E6, E7-E8, E9, O1-O3, O4-O5, W1-W2, W3-W4 Traditional four and five-bedroom homes with attached garages, private, fenced-in backyards, and a state of the art community center with outdoor pool and fitness center, multiple playgrounds, ball courts, dog park, community garden, and biking trail.
