The Holloman Airman Leadership School is the first level of Professional Military Education for enlisted members. The school is fully accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges as an affiliate of the Community College of the Air Force. Highly qualified Senior Airmen and all Staff Sergeant Selects compete for the much coveted slots and are selected for attendance by unit leadership.
