Individual Medical Readiness provides Annual Health Assessments (PHA) to all active duty Sailors and Marines. It is a birth month screening of risk factors and behaviors/lifestyle. IMR staff ensure age- and risk-related medical screening is performed, as well as counseling on those and other lifestyle topics, and completion of readiness elements.
