USAG Hawaii includes Schofield Barracks, Wheeler Army Airfield, Tripler Army Medical, Fort Shafter, Aliamanu Military Reservation (AMR), and Helemano Military Reservation (HMR). All installations work with the Hawaii Military Housing Office at Schofield Barracks. Army Schofield Barracks houses over 14,000 personnel and family members. 1. Townhomes: Schofield & Wheeler

  • Beds: 2 – 5
  • Baths: 1 – 2.5
  • Eligibility: E1 – E6
The modern townhomes at Schofield and Wheeler are chic and spacious. All units have been upgraded with new app-controlled central air conditioning and LED lighting. 2. Single-Family Homes: Schofield, Wheeler, Helemano, & AMR

With over 2,000 square feet, the large, open floor plans in these two-story single-family homes will have you jumping for joy. The modern kitchen opens up to an enormous family room, which sits right next to the lanai. All five bedrooms are upstairs with two bathrooms to share, and there is plenty of closet space for everyone.

4. Helemano Apartment

These beautifully painted apartments are modern and vibrant. The kitchen is the center and life of this home, and it has a breakfast nook that opens up to the patio. All appliances and lighting have been upgraded for energy efficiency and design.

5. Legacy Single-Story Duplex Townhome

The legacy duplex is true island living. With this home, you get a wrap-around lanai, beautiful hardwood floors, a carport, and all of the amenities. This home looks like many of the local homes on Oahu – cozy and inviting.

6. Historic Duplex: Wheeler

This charming duplex is located in the historic Wheeler neighborhood, which has lush green trees towering over the homes and lining the road. The enclosed lanai is the highlight of this home, as well as the laundry room with a full washer and dryer. Each bedroom has its own door to the bathroom and separate closets with plenty of space to hang uniforms.
