MCB Quantico BarracksAll incoming personnel must first report to the Installation Personnel Administration Center. Upon reporting in, IPAC will provide initial administrative check-in assistance including personnel record updates, travel claims and assignment to the Welcome Aboard briefing. After completing IPAC check-in, personnel are turned over to their assigned battalion/squadron level headquarters for further in-processing. Officers are eligible to stay in bachelor enlisted quarters at Quantico. To determine eligibility, contact the Bachelor Housing Office at 1 (703) 784-3149.
MCB Quantico Housing OfficeThe Housing Services Office should be your first stop. This office offers relocation services and information on new duty stations for military service personnel and their families as they get settled into their new surroundings.

MCB Quantico Housing Options
Lincoln Military Housing at MCB QuanticoLincoln Military Housing manages the privatized housing community on base at MCB Quantico. On-base housing boasts six pet-friendly communities with amenities like swimming pools, playgrounds, basketball courts, a large community center with an internet cafe and well-equipped fitness centers. Residents in Quantico’s on-base housing can enjoy the convenience of on-site management and maintenance, business centers, and a calendar full of resident activities and events. School-age children living in MCB Quantico housing can enroll and attend schools conveniently located on base. There are several school districts available nearby for those living off base, including Prince William County Public Schools and Stafford County Public Schools. 1. Geiger Ridge
Ranks: E9 Geiger Ridge offers three or four bedrooms homes that were designed with families in mind. Homes feature updated kitchen appliances; window coverings; carpet, hardwood and ceramic flooring; a private fenced-in backyard, and a two-car garage with an automatic door opener.
2. Lyman Park
Ranks: E1-E8 An ideal place to raise a family, the spacious three and four bedroom townhomes at Lyman Park provide residents with kitchen appliances, carpet and vinyl flooring, a fenced-in backyard or deck and basement, and a two-car garage with an automatic door opener.
3. Masters Hill
Ranks: E1-E5; O1-O5 The enlisted community at Masters Hill features three and four bedroom townhomes. Homes are spacious and feature a deck and basement. The officer community also features three and four bedroom townhomes as well as single-family homes, which lack no attention to detail. These homes feature a large fenced-in backyard or a deck and basement. All homes are generously appointed, with kitchen appliances, carpet and vinyl flooring, window coverings, and attached garages with an automatic door opener.
4. McHugh Woods
Ranks: E7-E8; O1-O3 The McHugh Woods community offers spacious three or four bedroom homes, all generously appointed with kitchen appliances; carpet and vinyl flooring; window coverings; a private, fenced in backyard; and two-car garages with automatic door openers.
5. Neville Heights
Ranks: O6 The spacious four bedroom homes of Neville Heights are generously appointed with kitchen appliances; carpet, hardwood and ceramic flooring; window coverings; a fully fenced-in backyard; and a single-car garage with an automatic door opener.
6. Thomason Park
Ranks: O1-O3 The spacious three and four bedroom homes at Thomason Park provide kitchen appliances; carpet and vinyl flooring; window coverings; a private, fenced-in backyard; and two-car garages with automatic door openers.
