Medical Records
The DOD uses an outpatient electronic health record. Visits documented in the electronic record can be accessed at any DOD medical treatment facility. Medical Records are property of the U.S. government but you can review them anytime in the presence of a staff member. You can also request copies of your medical records from the Patient Administration Office at 702-653-3417 or 702-653-2513.
