Welcome to Patrick Space Force Base, right on Florida's Space Coast between Cocoa Beach and Satellite Beach. This installation plays a vital role in America's space operations and launch missions. Visiting? You'll need a pass from the Visitor Control Center. Sponsors must request a Shark Pass, what Patrick SFB calls a Visitor Pass, at least five business days in advance. Bring valid ID, vehicle registration, and proof of insurance. Inspections are possible. Off-duty, the Space Coast delivers. Enjoy beachfront living, fitness and recreation programs, boating, surfing, and outdoor adventures just steps from your front door. With Cocoa Beach, Melbourne, and Orlando a short drive away. The East Gate is open 24-7. South Gate runs 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. The Visitor Control Center is open on weekends. On base, you'll find a commissary, exchange, medical and legal offices, fitness and recreation centers, and family-friendly activities from bowling to water sports. Housing is available on and off base, with popular areas in Cocoa Beach, Merritt Island, and Melbourne. Temporary lodging is at the Space Coast Inn. At Patrick Space Force Base, you're not just reporting to an installation. You're supporting missions that reach beyond Earth itself. Welcome to Patrick Space Force Base.
