Eglin AFB Barracks

Unaccompanied housing at Eglin AFB is meant to accommodate airmen that are ranked E1-E4 with minimal experience in the Air Force. This is a convenient way to live while stationed here since most everything is provided for you. Bedding is assigned, for instance, and the staff works hard to ensure that all residents are comfortable. There are over 520 rooms available with bathrooms and kitchenettes. Ranks:

E1-E6 This 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom duplex includes most utilities and all the amenities you could need. You’ll have access to a dishwasher, garbage disposal, laundry room, central air, ceiling fans, and more. Duplex 1031 is 1,031 square feet in size. It comes with a garage and sits on just one story.

2. Eglin JNCO Duplex 1953

E1-E6 This JNCO duplex holds 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms inside of 1,953 square feet of space. This is a great option for families, with room for each member to have their own place to retreat to. The duplex is two stories, comes with a garage, walk-in closets, a front porch, a patio, and neighborhood playgrounds.

3. Eglin JNCO Duplex 1713

Ranks:

E1-E6 This 1,713 square foot duplex offers 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It’s a 2-story home with carpeting and an eat-in kitchen. Other amenities include a front porch and nearby playgrounds. Enjoy the Eglin weather beneath the ceiling fans or close up shop and switch on the central air for the truly hot days in the Panhandle.

4. Eglin JNCO ADA Accessible Duplex

Ranks:

E1-E6 This duplex includes 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It includes a garage with an automatic door and similar amenities as the other units on the list. The major difference is that this particular unit is ADA accessible and perfect for families with the need for that level of accommodation.

5. Eglin SNCO Single 2200

Ranks:

E7-E9 This unit has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms in a 2-story frame that’s 2,200 square feet in size. It offers a lot of space for families, along with amenities like a front porch and a patio. There are dual sinks in the master bathroom and walk-in closets with plenty of storage space.

6. Eglin CGO Single 1010

Ranks:

Retired military, DoD contractors This CGO single is a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit on a single floor. It’s 1,010 square feet in size and includes covered parking and a patio. There’s also extra space for storage, along with a kitchen that comes with all regular appliances.
