1. Buffalo Soldiers Acres

Ranks

: E4-E9, O1-O3 Buffalo Soldiers Acres offers 1,700 square foot 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathroom floor plans. These are very spacious options for a full, happy family to continue to have all the room they need to stay happy with each other. These are pet friendly spaces as well. The pet policy at Corvias is very generous, demanding no deposit and no monthly fee to keep your furry friend a member of your new household. Hang out and fraternize with the neighbors at the Buffalo Soldiers Acres Community Center.

2. Geronimo Acres

: E4-E6 Geronimo Acres is similar to Buffalo Soldiers Acres, but with a slightly smaller floor plan of just over a thousand square feet. It’s cozier, with one less bathroom as well. But there’s still enough room for everyone to have their own space.

3. Academic Flats

: O1-O3 Academic Flats is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom affair with 1,752 square feet of space. There’s a lot of room in here for a 2 bedroom, and some units may have a 3-season sunroom. The living room has plenty of space for entertaining, and the kitchen is more than serviceable.

4. Academic Heights

: E9, O1-O3 Academic Heights has a massive 3 bedrooms, 3 bathroom units that span 2,492 square feet. These are 2-story homes with 2 porches on either side of the ground floor. There’s a sunroom, a yard, and plenty of amenities. The biggest thing here is all the space you’ll have for the family and for entertaining guests.

5. The Cottages

: E4-E6 The Cottages offer a couple of floor plans, each around a thousand square feet. These are 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathroom units with a nice foyer and a huge porch in the back. There’s plenty of closet space and a nice kitchen with lots of available storage.

7. Medicine Bluff

: E4-E9 The units at Medicine Bluff are 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms. The floor plans here are 1,200 square feet. Like the rest, these units are pet friendly. They aren’t huge, but they use the space efficiently with plenty of room for storage.

8. Patriot Estates

: E4-E9, O4-O5 Units at Patriot Estates are 3 or 4 bedrooms and range from 1,500 to 2,000 square feet. Both the 3 and 4 bedroom types have 2.5 bathrooms. Generally, the higher the pay grade, the bigger the space. But with so many bedrooms, there’s enough room for everybody regardless of which type you get.

9. Henry Post Manor

: O1-O3 Old Post Quadrangle has 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom homes that are just over 3,000 square feet. These huge homes are spacious enough for anything you might need, including whatever storage needs you and your family have. There’s plenty of room here for tons of furniture to make a home here your very own.

: O4-O5 These 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom homes at the colony include a modest 1,603 square feet. There’s enough here for everyone, and the cozy charm of these units will keep you feeling like you’re coming home each and every day.

: E4-E9, O1-O3 White Wolf homes have 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. They hold an average of 1,200 square feet. These cozy units are just enough for close families who don’t need a lot of room to feel at home.
