Basic Allowance for Housing (BAH) is provided for you based on your rank and location. BAH is given if housing on post is not available and you are looking at living in the surrounding area. Even though there are great options for living at Fort Sill, there are just as many options in the civilian population.

Fort Sill Barracks

Unaccompanied Housing for soldiers rank E5 and below can be accessed by calling 1 (580)-442-4563 for barrack options. If you’re planning to live on post and don’t have a family you’re bringing along, this could be a great resource for you. Corvias Property Management is responsible for on-post housing. Corvias Family Housing at Fort Sill

Fort Sill has family homes available for military families on post. There are several homes that provide a comfortable living environment with desirable amenities for you and your loved ones. To get started, contact Corvias Family Housing and apply. Corvias supplies plenty of amenities, including dishwashers, washers and dryers, central air, a playground, a fitness center, neighborhood community centers, and more. Contact the office to confirm what kind of amenities are included in the unit of your choice.

Note: Even though some villages may include all ranks, only certain units within that village may be available to certain ranks.

1. Buffalo Soldiers Acres

Ranks: E4-E9, O1-O3

Buffalo Soldiers Acres offers 1,700 square foot 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathroom floor plans. These are very spacious options for a full, happy family to continue to have all the room they need to stay happy with each other. These are pet friendly spaces as well. The pet policy at Corvias is very generous, demanding no deposit and no monthly fee to keep your furry friend a member of your new household. Hang out and fraternize with the neighbors at the Buffalo Soldiers Acres Community Center.

2. Geronimo Acres

Ranks: E4-E6

Geronimo Acres is similar to Buffalo Soldiers Acres, but with a slightly smaller floor plan of just over a thousand square feet. It’s cozier, with one less bathroom as well. But there’s still enough room for everyone to have their own space.

3. Academic Flats

Ranks: O1-O3

Academic Flats is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom affair with 1,752 square feet of space. There’s a lot of room in here for a 2 bedroom, and some units may have a 3-season sunroom. The living room has plenty of space for entertaining, and the kitchen is more than serviceable.

4. Academic Heights

Ranks: E9, O1-O3

Academic Heights has a massive 3 bedrooms, 3 bathroom units that span 2,492 square feet. These are 2-story homes with 2 porches on either side of the ground floor. There’s a sunroom, a yard, and plenty of amenities. The biggest thing here is all the space you’ll have for the family and for entertaining guests.

5. The Cottages

Ranks: E4-E6

The Cottages offer a couple of floor plans, each around a thousand square feet. These are 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathroom units with a nice foyer and a huge porch in the back. There’s plenty of closet space and a nice kitchen with lots of available storage.

7. Medicine Bluff

Ranks: E4-E9

The units at Medicine Bluff are 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms. The floor plans here are 1,200 square feet. Like the rest, these units are pet friendly. They aren’t huge, but they use the space efficiently with plenty of room for storage.

8. Patriot Estates

Ranks: E4-E9, O4-O5

Units at Patriot Estates are 3 or 4 bedrooms and range from 1,500 to 2,000 square feet. Both the 3 and 4 bedroom types have 2.5 bathrooms. Generally, the higher the pay grade, the bigger the space. But with so many bedrooms, there’s enough room for everybody regardless of which type you get.

9. Henry Post Manor

Ranks: E9, O4-O5

Henry Post Manor offers 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom homes at 2,500 square feet. These are large homes with lots of room for families and storage.

10. Plantation

Ranks: E4-E6, O4-O5

Plantation homes are 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom units. They hold 2,350 square feet of space, plenty for families out there looking for a home of their own on post.

11. Old Post Quadrangle

Ranks: O1-O3

Old Post Quadrangle has 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom homes that are just over 3,000 square feet. These huge homes are spacious enough for anything you might need, including whatever storage needs you and your family have. There’s plenty of room here for tons of furniture to make a home here your very own.

12. The Colony

Ranks: O4-O5

These 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom homes at the colony include a modest 1,603 square feet. There’s enough here for everyone, and the cozy charm of these units will keep you feeling like you’re coming home each and every day.

13. White Wolf

Ranks: E4-E9, O1-O3

White Wolf homes have 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. They hold an average of 1,200 square feet. These cozy units are just enough for close families who don’t need a lot of room to feel at home.

14. Craig Crossing

Ranks: E4-E6

The units at Craig Crossing are perfect for small families or the individual soldier looking to stretch their legs out. They have 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms and come in at just 900 square feet. But they have everything you’re going to need in terms of appliances and storage.

15. Renegade

Ranks: E4-E6

Renegade units are very similar to those at Craig Crossing, except they come with an additional 100 square feet and a cooler name. They have the same 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathroom layout, but there’s more inside for spreading out.
