NAS Whidbey Island Housing Options

Military family housing at NAS Whidbey Island is provided by Hunt Military Communities. There are 12 neighborhoods on the base with single-family houses, apartments, and duplex-style homes. The 12 different communities offer a variety of features that will help you feel right at home, including nearby hiking, golfing, boating, fishing, 35 playgrounds, pavilions, bbq areas, community centers, exercise facilities, and more.

All of the homes in these 12 neighborhoods also include at least some of the following: beautiful mountain views or views of the shoreline, on-site management, professional landscaping, 24-hour emergency maintenance, all major kitchen appliances, and more.

NAS Whidbey Island does allow certain pets, even some larger dogs, but there is a limit of two pets per home and certain breeds are restricted.

1. Crescent Harbor

Eligible ranks: E02, E03, E04, E05, E06, E07

The Crescent Harbor neighborhood offers 3 and 4 bedroom single family homes with 2 baths. These homes are between 1,080 and 1,250 square feet.

2. Crescent Harbor II

Eligible ranks: E06, E07

The Crescent Harbor II neighborhood offers 3 bedroom single family homes with 2.5 baths. These homes are between 1,080 and 1,250 square feet.

3. Crescent Harbor III

Eligible ranks: E06, E07

The Crescent Harbor II neighborhood offers 3 and 4 bedroom single family homes with 2 baths. These homes are between 1,722 and 2,160 square feet.

4. Forbes Point

Eligible ranks: O05, O06, W02, W03, W04, W05, WL4

The neighborhood of Forbes Point offers 3 and 4 bedroom single family homes with 2.5 baths. The homes in this neighborhood are between 1,722 and 2219 square feet.

5. Maylor Coral

Eligible ranks: E08, E09, O01

The neighborhood of Maylor Coral offers 3 and 4 bedroom single family homes with 2-2.5 baths. The homes in this neighborhood are between 1,722 and 2,028 square feet.

6. Maylor Glacier

Eligible ranks: O02, O03, O04, W02, W03, W04

The neighborhood of Maylor Glacier offers 3 and 4 bedroom single family homes with 2-2.5 baths. The homes in this neighborhood are between 1,722 and 2,011 square feet.

7. Maylor Point

Eligible ranks: E07, E08, E09, O01, O02, O03, O04, O05, W02, W03, W04, W05, WL4

The neighborhood of Maylor Point offers 3 and 4 bedroom single family homes with 2 baths. The homes in this neighborhood are between 1,250 and 1,400 square feet.

8. Oriole Housing

Eligible ranks: E07

The neighborhood of Oriole Housing offers 3 and 4 bedroom single family homes with 2-2.5 baths. The homes in this neighborhood are between 1,722 and 2,028 square feet.

9. Rockhill Terrace

Eligible ranks: E02, E03, E04, E05, E06

The neighborhood of Rockhill Terrace offers 2 bedroom townhouse-style homes with 1.5 baths. The homes in this neighborhood are between 1,084-1,086 square feet.

10. Saratoga Heights

Eligible ranks: E09, O04, O05, O06

The neighborhood of Saratoga Heights offers 2, 3, and 4 bedroom single family homes with 1-3 baths. The homes in this neighborhood are between 950 and 1,200 square feet.

11. Victory Park

Eligible ranks: E06, E07

The neighborhood of Victory Park offers 2 and 3 bedroom homes with 1.5-2.5 baths. The homes in this neighborhood are between 943 and 1,200 square feet.

Whidbey Apartments offers 2 and 3 bedroom apartments with 1.5 baths. The homes in this neighborhood are between 936 and 1,144 square feet.
