The Military Housing Office will be happy to assist you with any housing-related needs as you prepare for life at NAS Whidbey Island. NAS Whidbey Island Housing Options

Military family housing at NAS Whidbey Island is provided by Hunt Military Communities. There are 12 neighborhoods on the base with single-family houses, apartments, and duplex-style homes. The 12 different communities offer a variety of features that will help you feel right at home, including nearby hiking, golfing, boating, fishing, 35 playgrounds, pavilions, bbq areas, community centers, exercise facilities, and more. All of the homes in these 12 neighborhoods also include at least some of the following: beautiful mountain views or views of the shoreline, on-site management, professional landscaping, 24-hour emergency maintenance, all major kitchen appliances, and more. NAS Whidbey Island does allow certain pets, even some larger dogs, but there is a limit of two pets per home and certain breeds are restricted.

E02, E03, E04, E05, E06, E07 The Crescent Harbor neighborhood offers 3 and 4 bedroom single family homes with 2 baths. These homes are between 1,080 and 1,250 square feet.
