The Military Housing Office will be happy to assist you to prepare for your new adventure in the community of Laughlin AFB. The team is ready to help you familiarize yourself with the housing options and services available to you. When you first arrive at Laughlin AFB, you will need to visit the Military Housing Office and they will provide you with all of the necessary information and guidance you require before entering into any written lease or rental/sales contract for housing.

Laughlin AFB Housing Options

Military family housing at Laughlin AFB is provided by Hunt Military Communities. There are five neighborhoods on the base with over 450 mid-century modern single-family homes. The five different communities offer a variety of features that will help you feel right at home, including playgrounds, tennis court, volleyball court, dog park, indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool, a fitness facility, a 9-hole golf course, a shooting range, walking path, community events, camping facility, gas station, bowling alley, a library, a sand volleyball court, and a whole lot more. The neighborhoods also include 24-hour maintenance services, brick and vinyl siding exteriors, central AC/heat, ceiling fans, private patios, stainless steel sinks, laminate countertops, washer/dryer hookups, carport, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, blinds, landscaping services, and more. Laughlin AFB does allow certain pets with no pet deposit, but this is only available in certain neighborhoods and there is a limit of two pets per home. However, certain dog breeds and exotic animals are not permitted. Please make certain to disclose any pets upon your arrival or if you acquire a pet after moving in. 1. Company Grade Officer

Eligible ranks:

E01, E02, E03, E04, E05, E06, E07, E08, E09, O01, O02, O03, O04, O05, O06 The Company Grade Officer neighborhood boasts 2, 3, and 4 bedroom homes with beautiful shade trees, mature landscape, and walking paths. The homes in Company Grade Officer include at least some of the following amenities: open concept living/dining area, large family room that opens to a patio, a pantry, exterior storage area, separate sink/toilet area for hall bath and master bath, master suite with large walk-in closet, and more.

2. Field Grade Officer

Eligible ranks:

E01, E02, E03, E04, E05, E06, E07, E08, E09, O01, O02, O03, O04, O05, O06 The Field Grade Officer neighborhood boasts 2, 3, and 4 bedroom homes. The homes in this neighborhood feature at least some of the following amenities: open concept living/dining with patio access, a kitchen that opens to the living area, built in bookshelves in the living area, a pantry, separate laundry area with washer/dryer hookups, private master bath, linen closets in both master and family baths, interior bulk storage area, a patio, an exterior storage area, and more.

3. Junior NCO

Eligible ranks:

E01, E02, E03, E04, E05, E06, E07, E08, E09, O01, O02, O03, O04, O05, O06 The Junior NCO neighborhood boasts 2, 3, and 4 bedroom homes. The homes in this neighborhood feature at least some of the following amenities: open concept living area, a kitchen that opens to family/informal dining area with patio access, a pantry, laundry area with washer/dryer hookups, a private master suite, a private master bath, compartmented bathrooms with separate sink area, a patio, exterior storage area, and more.

4. Senior NCO

Eligible ranks:

E07, E08, E09 The Senior NCO neighborhood boasts 2, 3, and 4 bedroom homes. The homes in this neighborhood feature at least some of the following amenities: a flex room, open concept living/dining opens to patio, galley kitchen that opens to the dining room, laundry room with washer/dryer hook-ups and closet, private master suite with large closet, private master bath has dual sinks, linen closet near family bath, secondary bedrooms with good sized closets, interior bulk storage area, a patio, exterior storage, and more.

5. Senior Officer Quarters

Eligible ranks:

O06 The Senior Officer Quarters neighborhood boasts 2, 3, and 4 bedroom homes. The homes in this neighborhood feature at least some of the following amenities: open concept living/dining with a view through fireplace, living/dining room that opens onto a large patio, a separate family room opens to the kitchen, a large galley kitchen with ample countertops, extended countertop with bar seating, walk-in pantry, a separate laundry room with washer/dryer hook-ups, a folding area in the laundry room, garage access from the laundry room, private master suite with dual walk-in closets, private master bath with two sinks, a linen closet in family bath, secondary bedrooms with large closets, interior bulk storage area, multiple hall closets, attached two car garage with storage, a patio, and more.
