Hanscom AFB Military HousingAt Hanscom AFB, military family housing is privatized. In addition to your option to purchase and rent housing in the local community, you may choose to live in privatized housing by signing a tenant lease agreement with Hanscom Family Housing by Hunt Military Communities, which owns the family housing and is responsible for constructing, maintaining, repairing, and managing the community. Hanscom AFB's military family housing communities offer a variety of house styles and floor plans. Neighborhoods provide easy access to parks, playgrounds, tot lots, basketball courts, and village centers. School-age children living in Hanscom AFB military housing may attend Lincoln Preschool, Hanscom Primary School, Hanscom Middle School, Bedford High School, Shawsheen Valley Technical High School, and Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School. 2. Flintlock Ridge
Ranks: All ranks Flintlock Ridge has traditional, colonial-style homes with two to four bedrooms. Homes have garages, full basements, and hardwood flooring. Select units have fireplaces, recessed lighting, and ceiling fans.
3. Musket Meadows
Ranks: E1-E6 Musket Meadows has traditional homes with two to four bedrooms. Homes feature attached garages and air conditioning, and most offer plenty of yard space.
4. Musket Meadows II
Ranks: E1-E6, O4-O5, W4-W5 Brand new, modern homes at Musket Meadows II have three to four bedrooms and attached garages. Most units have plenty of yard space. Select units have covered patios or porches, full basements, and ceiling fans.
5. Patriot Village
Ranks: E1-E8 Renovated in 2010, Patriot Village has three- and four-bedroom traditional homes. Homes feature attached garages and air conditioning.
