Welcome to your new home at Fort Bliss in El Paso, Texas. Fort Bliss is the home of the 1st Armored Division, also called “Old Ironsides,” that returned to U.S. soil in 2011. Fort Bliss Barracks
The Unaccompanied Personnel housing is for single or unaccompanied soldiers from the rank of E5 or below and can be reached at 1 (915) 568-6600/4005 for barrack options.

The first thing you should do once you relocate to Fort Bliss is head to the Housing Services Office. There you will receive a warm welcome from a team of professionals looking to help take the stress out of relocating. Fort Bliss Family Homes
Fort Bliss Family Homes will bring a little Texas living to you in El Paso. The community boasts 17 distinct neighborhoods and over 4,469 individual housing units. The rental homes at Fort Bliss are available in a variety of styles featuring two, three, and four-bedroom floor plans. Each has a fully-equipped kitchen and garage.
You will have easy access to the Fort Bliss facilities from the community and enjoy many amenities. These include pools, playgrounds, and parks in the walkable, pet-friendly neighborhoods.
If your family has school-aged children, Fort Bliss is within the El Paso Independent School District. Most military children from the post will go to schools within this district. There are three schools on Fort Bliss property run by the El Paso Independent School District, but ten other districts are in the greater El Paso area.

1. Aero Vista
The Aero Vista neighborhood includes three to four-bedroom models with two to two and a half baths. Homes here feature a garage, patio, fenced yard, open floor plans, and a master suite. The Aero vista neighborhood is near recreational trails and playgrounds and right around the corner from Biggs Park. You’ll also be near Milam Elementary School.
2. Border Road Homes
There are three to four-bedroom homes in the Border Road Homes neighborhood featuring one and a half to two baths. The houses have a porch, fenced-in back yard, and fully-equipped kitchen. You’ll also be near the post Commissary, Family Resilience Center, and Bliss Elementary School.
3. Chamizal Vista
You’ll get three to four-bedroom models in the Chamizal Vista neighborhood with two to two and a half baths. Other amenities include central heating and air conditioning, open floor plan, master suite, patio, and garage. Chamizal Vista is near the Replica Aquatic Center and Replica Child Development Center.
The Corregidor neighborhood includes three and four-bedroom housing with two and a half and three bath models. They also include a patio, garage, master suite, and fenced yard. You will be within walking distance of multiple playgrounds and recreational trails and will also be close to the Replica Aquatic Center and Replica Child Development Center.
5. George Moore Park
George Moore Park neighborhood consists of two to three-bedroom housing with one to two baths. You will have a fenced-in yard, patio, and garage with a fully-equipped kitchen. You will also benefit from being within walking distance of Logan Elementary School and George Underwood Golf Course.
The Hayes neighborhood offers central heating and air conditioning, a patio, porch, garage, and fenced yard to its residents. Models include two to four bedrooms and one to two baths.
Ranks: E1-E6, O4-O9
The Historics neighborhood provides a wide range of bedroom options from two to five bedrooms with one to three and a half baths. You will be located within walking distance of Bliss Elementary School and the Commissary.
8. La Noria
The La Noria neighborhood has three and four-bedroom homes with a garage, patio, fully-equipped kitchen, master suite, open floor plan, and washer/dryer connections. Residents will be within walking distance of Hughey Elementary School, Ross Middle School, and have quick access to the Buffalo Soldier gate.
9. Lindquist Heights
Several floor plan layouts are available in Lindquist Heights, including two and three bedroom homes that feature central heating and air conditioning, fenced yard, patio, and garage. You’ll be conveniently located near Logan Gym and Collin Powell Elementary School. There are also baseball fields and playgrounds within walking distance.
10. Logan Heights
Ranks: All ranks, DOD Employees, and the general public
There’s a mix of two, three, and four-bedroom homes in the Logan Heights community. Each home features a fully-equipped kitchen and fenced-in back yard. You’ll be within walking distance of Logan Elementary School and George Underwood Gold Course.
11. Lower Beaumont
Ranks: E1-E6, O4-O6
You’ll be right next to the Beaumont Community Center in Lower Beaumont. The homes feature two to three-bedroom homes. They include a carport, fenced yard, and central heating and air conditioning. You’ll be within walking distance of Bliss Elementary School and the Commissary.
13. Paso Del Norte
There are three to four-bedroom models in the Paso Del Norte neighborhood. You’ll enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen, master suite, central heating and air, patio, and garage in every home. You will be very close to Logan Gym and Collin Powell Elementary School.
14. Rio Bravo
The three and four-bedroom homes in the Rio Bravo community feature a garage, patio, open floor plan, washer and dryer connections, and master suite. You are practically on top of Biggs Park in this neighborhood, where you can enjoy some quality outdoor activities.
15. The 108’s
In the 108’s area, you will be located right near Logan Elementary School and many of the main installation gates. There are a few floor plans that include two to four beds with one and two bath options. Each home consists of a porch, garage, and fully equipped kitchen.
16. Upper Beaumont
Ranks: E1-E6, O1-O3
There are two, three, and four-bedroom floor plans in the Upper Beaumont neighborhoods with one and two bath versions. Amenities include central heating and air conditioning, patio, and garage. The Beaumont Community Center will be within walking distance along with the McKelligon Canyon City Park.
17. Van Horne
The Van Horne community has three to four-bedroom plans with two to two and a half baths. You’ll enjoy many amenities here, including a garage, patio, open floor plan, master suite, fully-equipped kitchen, and washer/dryer connections. You’ll be conveniently located near the vet clinic, bowling alley, and Stout Gym.
