Naval Base San Diego On Base Housing Options

1. NAS North Island

E1-E9; W1-W3; O4-O9 This historical community is right on base at Naval Air Station North Island in Coronado, across the bay bridge from downtown San Diego. The private on-base beach is just a short drive from the property. The Spanish-style homes of Naval Air Station North Island each feature a gas range, refrigerator, garbage disposal, microwave, dishwasher, and washer and dryer. Neighborhood amenities include two tot-lots with picnic areas. The area schools are top-rated and are just a short drive away. High-tech elementary, middle and high schools are also in the area. The local elementary school is located right across the street from the community. The community is located across the street from Marine Corps Recruit Depot, less than four miles from Naval Base Point Loma, nine miles from Naval Base San Diego, and nine miles from Naval Air Station North Island. Downtown San Diego is a short four miles from the property.
13. Hilleary Park

Several of the most visited attractions around the area of Imperial Beach include Mission Valley’s Fashion Valley Mall, the world-famous San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park with its merry-go-round, museums, the Reuben H. Fleet Science Center, Old Globe Theater and Casa del Prado—all within easy driving distance from the community.
15. Home Terrace
