NS Everett Barracks

Personnel eligible for Unaccompanied Housing (UH) will receive their housing assignments from the front desk. Within five days of checking in, personnel will meet with the building manager to be briefed on their new accommodations and inspect the state of the room and its furnishings. Personnel living in UH are responsible for maintaining their room. Residents bear responsibility for lost, damaged, or destroyed property. Residents may not be absent from their quarters for more than 90 days. Anyone deploying for longer than 90 days must vacate their rooms unless adequate room inventory is available and they obtain a waiver to remain. Residents should contact their UH manager to discuss availability 60 days before any deployments or periods of absence.
