How much does the US Family Health Plan cost?
For active-duty family members, there are no enrollment fees, deductibles, or cost shares for any of your in-network medical services.
Through the Martin’s Point Mail-Order Pharmacy, generic drugs cost $12, brand-name drugs cost $34, and nonformulary drugs cost $68 for up to a 90-day supply.
Retail pharmacy prescriptions costs $14 for generics, $38 for brand names, and $68 for nonformulary medications for up to a 30-day supply. These prices could change annually.
Where can my family get their health care?

Local, civilian doctors make up our large provider network of more than 9,000 primary care and specialty providers and 97 hospitals in New York. You will choose a primary care provider (PCP) from this network.  Specialist referrals are easy and hassle-free. If needed, your PCP will simply refer you to an in-network specialist.

Martin's Point US Family Health Plan

Samaritan Medical Center (Watertown, New York) is a 290-bed not-for-profit community medical center, offering a full spectrum of inpatient and outpatient healthcare services. From primary and emergency care to highly specialized medical and surgical services, Samaritan Medical Center and its team of healthcare professionals proudly serves the medical needs of our civilian and military community. In addition, our staff delivers and cares for 1,600 babies on average each year in the Car-Freshner Center for Women and Children, where families can enjoy our brand-new labor and delivery unit with spacious mother-baby rooms. Samaritan offers many services to guide expecting parents through this exciting experience, including free childbirth classes, access to lactation specialists, and full Prenatal services through the Samaritan Center for Women and Children.

Widrick Truck & Diesel Service was opened in 2007. In 2009, we purchased a vacant lot and built a new building in Carthage, New York. We moved into the new facility in January 2010. I fell in love with diesel engines when I was growing up on my family’s farm and decided to pursue a career in diesel engine repair. If you are looking for diesel engine diagnostics, brake repair, or transmission repair, bring your truck to us so we can do a diagnostic inspection. We have also branched out into vehicle repair, including European and Asian car models, and even have the ability to work on hybrid vehicles. If you are new to the Carthage area and looking for an auto repair shop near you, we are here for you. My family and I are very excited to be part of this community and offer car and truck repair services.

Widrick Truck & Diesel Service

We are a locally owned and run business. Watertown Hops Spot is our third Hop Spot location. The other two are located in Syracuse and Clayton NY. We are a burger bar and poutinerie. Our burgers are made with a custom blend of chuck, short rib, and brisket from Black River Livestock. We also offer a verity of different poutines ranging from the classic (fries, cheese curd, gravy) to one called Oh Carolina (fries, house smoked pulled pork, BBQ sauce, coleslaw, and NY cheddar). Here we decided to add some hand tossed pizzas to our menu as well. Then, for anyone looking for a vegan option, we have a whole menu for you! Besides an awesome food menu we also offer a 28 beer draft list. No matter what type of beer you like, I bet we can find something you’ll love. We try to keep up with the ever changing world of craft beer. Then, if you feel like going out with friends or bringing in your family, we have a game room fit for all!
