Reynolds Army Health Clinic at Fort Sill, Oklahoma, provides outpatient medical care to active-duty soldiers, retirees, and family members in the Fort Sill community. Named after Major General Charles A. Reynolds, it supports the health of the garrison population at one of the Army's largest training installations. Reynolds Army Health Clinic is the primary military medical facility for Fort Sill, Oklahoma. Soldiers on PCS orders to Fort Sill will be assigned a Primary Care Manager (PCM) during installation in-processing at Reynolds. To make a medical appointment, use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal or call 1-833-286-3732, Monday–Friday 0730–1600.
In-processing for Fort Sill is administered through the Soldier Support Institute. Contact your gaining unit and sponsor for overall reporting instructions; Reynolds will be one of your in-processing stops for medical records and PCM assignment.

BAH (Basic Allowance for Housing) is a monthly stipend based on your pay grade, dependency status, and the duty station ZIP code — it is not counted as taxable income.
