LBHS was founded with the goal of providing comprehensive and responsive patient care for individuals in need of behavioral health services.  LBHS brings together a team of highly experienced psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and master level therapists. 

Our providers come from diverse backgrounds, but have come together with the same mission to help people thrive. With a philosophy of quality healthcare services, LBHS strives to provide patients a treatment plan focused on their specific needs, wants, and outcome plans. We offer medication management, Neurostar TMS, and different types of therapy.

Claysville Landing Apartment Suites are unlike any other apartment community you will find in the Elizabethtown, Radcliff, and Fort Knox area. Each beautiful suite has as much space as a private residence. A pool, hot tub and beautiful lounge chairs grace our facility. We have a dog park for our pet friendly community, a playground, and a 24 hour on site fitness room available for our residents. Beautiful nature filled walking trails join and border our property. You will have access to trails that lead to fishing, bird watching, paddleboat rental, duck feeding, and deer gazing right out your back door. Claysville Landing is the look and feel of resort living, at home.

Founded in 2002 by former Kentucky state legislator, Mary Ann Tobin, Broadbent Wildlife Sanctuary is a 501(c)3 registered nonprofit organization that provides care to sick, injured and orphaned wildlife throughout the state of Kentucky.  We rely on donations from the public to continue our work, and do not receive any state or federal funding.

Our mission statement:  To provide a safe, healing haven for the orphaned, the injured, the abused, the infirm and the outcast, where all hurting creatures, including the human creature, help one another in their mutual distress; and through this interaction, each gaining comfort and support from the other, become the free, independent, and beautiful spirits which they were meant to be.

Broadbent’s goal is to rescue, rehabilitate and release native wildlife back into their natural environment.  We are a state and federally-licensed facility.  Our staff includes a full-time, on-site veterinarian, and wildlife rehabilitators licensed by the state of Kentucky, in addition to trained, compassionate animal caretakers, who work together to provide the highest quality of care possible. Our staff regularly attends educational conferences and seminars to keep up with the latest treatments, techniques, and medicines.

Animals that are permanently disabled or unable to be released but can still have a good quality of life remain at the sanctuary with permission from federal and state agencies and may become Educational Ambassadors to assist in local programs for schools, camps, and civic organizations. Our educational staff offers programs customized to various age groups with information about the many native species and the environmental factors that affect them, along with teaching respect for all animals and what we can do to make a difference.

Broadbent also provides a safe haven for abandoned and abused exotic birds and other exotic animals that were former pets, as well as horses.  We have limited space for these animals and may not be able to accept every abandoned exotic pet.

New Hope Baptist Church is a vibrant and welcoming place of worship located in Radcliff, Kentucky. We are a Bible-based church that is dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for all who come to worship with us. We are committed to helping our members grow in their faith and find hope in the midst of life’s challenges. We offer a variety of services including Sunday morning worship, Bible study, youth ministry, and outreach programs. We strive to be a beacon of light and hope in our community, and we invite all to join us in our mission of sharing the love of Jesus Christ.

Silverleaf functions uniquely as a combined Rape Crisis and Children’s Advocacy Center, covering the eight counties of the Lincoln Trail Area Development District. Those counties are Breckinridge, Grayson, Hardin, LaRue, Marion, Meade, Nelson, and Washington. Our services include crisis intervention, victim/family advocacy, therapy, prevention education, on-site medical exams, forensic interviewing, consultation, and volunteer opportunities. All services are free of charge to victims of sexual violence and their non-offending caregivers. We serve ALL survivors of sexual violence, regardless of age or when the abuse occurred.
